Delete your ZenFit account

You can permanently delete your ZenFit: Chair Yoga for Seniors account and all data linked to it at any time.

Option 1: in the app (fastest)

  1. Open ZenFit and go to the Settings tab.
  2. Tap your account card at the top (your name or “Your account”).
  3. Scroll down, tap Delete Account and confirm.

Option 2: by email

If you no longer have the app installed, email us and we'll delete your account within 30 days.

What gets deleted

  • Your account and login details
  • Your profile (name, birthday, gender, goals, activity level)
  • Your programs, completed sessions and ratings

Purchase records may be kept as required by tax law. Analytics and error data are deleted on their usual schedule (up to 12 months). Data stored on your phone, such as Apple Health workouts, stays in your phone's Health app.

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it first in the App Store or Google Play.
